I am a math teacher at Grigore Antipa Botosani Theoretical High School. I graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics at the "Al.I.Cuza" University of Iasi in 1992. I have taught astronomy as a discipline in the common trunk to computer mathematics classes in my first years of education and then as an optional discipline in the science classes of nature. I am interested in putting my love into the love of knowing and protecting the sky, the universe. Since last year, we have been partnering with 55 school units in Romania from 4-10 October 2018 within the World Space Week_2018 project. I want to realize with college students and other fellow teachers various activities on astronomy.
in 2018 - participation in World Space Week_2018 with theme - Study of pollution caused by artificial light
in 2019 - within the 100 hours of astronomy activities, held on 10-13 January 2019, stimulated pupils' curiosity to know the "heavenly world", developing the interest and motivation for the interdisciplinary study of astronomy notions.
in 2019 - Under the Einstein Schools Program - Launch of the program of activities on January 15, the National Culture Day and the birthday of the great national poet Mihai Eminescu.
in 2019 - to develop an optional interdisciplinary curriculum to be implemented in September 2019 with the title "Astronomy - Flashing on the sky".
