Sebastian Soberski - head of the Planetarium and Astronomical Observatory of the Nicholas Copernicus in Grudziadz and a radio observer at the Department of Radio Astronomy at the Center of Astronomy - Nicholas Copernicus University in Toru?. He studied the remnants of supernova explosions and the distribution of the magnetic field in the Galaxy. In addition to scientific work, he deals with the popularization of astronomy. Since 1995, cooperatates with the National Children's Fund, including lectures, workshops and sky shows for youth covered by the Fund's program. Co-author of the cyclic television program "Obserwatorium" (5 seasons- 105 parts) and a series of Internet programs "Niebo na dloni" ("sky on the palm of the hand"). Organizer and co-organizer of astronomical expeditions in the total solar eclipse belt to Mongolia ('97), Hungary ('99), Zambia ('01), China ('09), Indonesia ('16) and the USA ('17). He co-creates the audiovisual music and visual project www.VoicesOfTheCosmos.pl

Past Activities

1. Since 1995 I work as a volunteer in Polish Children Fund (www.funusz.org). I have organised 23 annual Astronomical Workshops in Astronomical Center (Nicholas Copernicus University) for teenegars from PCF.
2. Since 2007 I work as astronomer in Planetarium and Astronomical Observatory (PiOA). Every year I organise workshops, school lessons, etc. about astronomy for ~10k visitors in PiOA and ~4k people outside of PiOA (www.planetarium.grudziadz.pl).
3. I am co-author of "Obserwatorium" - television program about astronomy. We produced 105 parts, 5 seasons (2013-2019) ( www.obserwatorium.space ).
4. I am co-author of "Niebo na dlon" - YouTube program about astronomy ( www.facebook.com/NieboNaDloni ).
5. Since 2007 I am organiser of Polish Astronomical Seminar (OMSA) for teenegars (www.planetarium.grudziadz.pl/omsa )
6. I am coordinator and organiser of "Grudziadzkie Dni Kopernikowskie" - about 50 events about astronomy every year ( www.planetarium.grudziadz.pl/gdk ).
