About

Peter Begeni – the head of the Section of light pollution protection of the Slovak Astronomical Society, head of the Light pollution section of the Slovak Union of Astronomers, head of the Prešov branch of the Slovak Astronomical Society, an astronomy fan.
A consultant of professional works (diploma, bachelor) and an author of four astronomical books:
- Fundamentals of Night Sky Observation, 1994
- Observing the Solar System bodies, 2001
- Stargazer (Wandering myths and early identifications of planets), 2010
- Eyeball Astronomy (What should a stargazer know about the human eye to observe the night-sky correctly), 2015
